Error With Punisher No CD Patch. Page 1 of 2. Hey guys I have tried installing the Punisher V1. I have replaced my original exe file with the fixed exe. I'm a newb at this and was wondering what Bin file they talking error load games in punisher pc express and why burn it? I can't seem to get this file too work. Any help would be great. I have had the same problem - the game works fine with the original CD, but when you apply the crack it crashes. Does any-one have a different crack to that made by Hoodlum? Hmmm, the Hoodlum crack seems to work ok for me? Not that I have played the game that much! But it did work. Can't find a Game Conversion? Check the 'Conversion INDEX'. Find all posts by Grumpy. What do we have in common that causes the crash? Wonder whether it doesn't like something we all have? Do you other guys having a problem have Alcohol or CloneCD installed? Might play with the video card settings too. If anyone is successful please make a post. Last edited by woddo; at I tried with several different video setting and resolutions and that didnt help. I have a Radeon. The driver setting I use are typically the default. The 2nd crack over at megagames is the same as the hoodlum crack. So that didnt work. What region is everyones copy of this btw. I even tried making the CD's into an image, installing it through Alcohol and trying to mount the game to by-pass the need for CD, but it still asks me to insert CD1 into the drive to start. I have Geforce FX - so don;t think video is the problem - haven't tried uninstalling Alcohol, but as it doesn't give me any message that emulation software has been detected, I don't see that this will help.
